Lights, Camera...Dance!

The Ft. Thomas Education Foundation has secured a date for their annual fundraiser dance. Go ahead and mark Saturday, March 2, 2013 on your calendars for a night of dancing at the Newport Syndicate.

FTEF's annual fundraiser dance is known for its themes and crazy costumes. This year, the theme is "Reel Fun" and attendees are once again encouraged to dress up for the theme. I'm definitely looking forward to seeing the movie-inspired costumes attendees create this year. Also, The Rusty Griswolds will be providing tunes for you to dance the night away.

This dance is more than a night on the town with the Ft. Thomas community. It's also beneficial to the Ft. Thomas Independent School System. According to the FTEF website, "Money raised helps fund the teacher grants, endowment fund and educational needs that exceed the District's operating budget."

Make sure you dust off your dancing shoes, and are ready to bust a move on March 2, 2013. The dance takes place between 8:00pm and 12:00am. Presale tickets are $35 per person or you can pay $45 at the door. To purchase tickets, head over to the FTEF website or call 859-815-2004.
