Fort Thomas to Host Second Home Improvement Expo in March

Fort Thomas to hold the second Home Improvement Expo in March.

The Home Improvement Expo will be held at the Christ Church on South Fort Thomas Avenue. The expo will be on March 9 from 1 to 4 p.m.

There will be special offerings at the expo including a $1000 travel voucher give-away, free refreshments, vendor promotions and discounts.

2013 was the first year for the expo. One of the coordinators, Rob Beimesche , said the main objective of the expo is to reach out to residents of local communities to identify those who are looking to buy or sell their homes or properties in the next few years.

There are buyers who are looking for homes in Fort Thomas and would love to match them up with new sellers. The expo provides a great medium for these interactions to take place.

There will be more than 20 vendors taking part int he expo who will be there to help potential "sellers" to get their homes ready for market. On the other hand they will be able to help potential "buyers" personalize their new homes.

The vendors that will be in attendance will include landscapers, painters, architects, kitchen/bath remodelers, stagers etc.

All the vendors were asked to have promotions or give aways. Last year these included first grass cutting free, $100 off deck staining, and free consults. The promotional offerings are not yet known for this year.

Last year there are around 275 people that came through the expo, and things are being done this year to improve on the success of 2013.

The $1000 travel voucher is the biggest addition to the show this year. Other notable additions include free credit checks and pre approvals on sight by Joy Blackburn with Home Services Lending.

The hosts of the event are Kim Hermann, Jody Connett and Rob Beimesche along with Gary Barlow and Huff Realty.

All of the hosts are Fort Thomas natives and have decades of combined real estate experience.

The hosts are knowledgable in local markets and can help with all kinds of sales: traditional, short sales and foreclosures.

The Home Improvement Expo will be an event where you will be able to speak directly to educated individuals that will be able to help you buy or sell your home.

Anyone with any questions regarding the expo please leave a comment below or on our Facebook page.

  1. Are there any vendor spaces still available? Who would I contact about that?
