Sales and marketing is still a process, still has steps that cannot be skipped, but how do you translate the sales process to social media?
In 1937 Dale Carnegie gave us his 5 steps to selling as, attention, interest, conviction, desire and close. Let's face it, people are about the same; what's changed is the technology. In this workshop, you will convert each of these phases of the selling process into their requisite social media channel and how to leverage them.
