SpinRX 90: This class will combine spinning and trx together! Be prepared for a super high intensity workout that lasts for 90 minutes. This class will be a combination of high intensity cardio and strength training using TRX, weights, BOSU, Gliding discs and more!
SpinReformation 90: This 90 minute class will combine spinning and pilates apparatus together for the ultimate cross training workout! Cardio and total body strength using the reformers, chairs, towers, and all the pilates props.
Spin30/30: This class is a great choice for a beginner or for someone with a very busy schedule! It is 30 minutes of spinning and 30 minutes of strength training using pilates and traditional strength methods.
Spin 60: This class is a traditional spinning class that will last for 60 minutes and incorporate all the elements of outdoor riding. Come ready to climb, sprint, time trial and sweat!
