Candidate for Campbell County Judge Executive Ken Rechtin has released a new campaign video, in which he outlines, in two minutes, his plan for the county:

Transcript:

Hi, I'm Ken Rechtin, and I'm running for Campbell County Judge Executive. I have the commitment, experience, and vision to make our county a great place to live, learn, work, and play.

I believe IT'S ABOUT TIME Campbell County had a Judge Executive providing full-time leadership, focusing on all of our priorities, including job creation and the heroin epidemic. That's my commitment.

IT'S ABOUT TIME we restore confidence in our regional assets, such as the airport board and the Sanitation District board, with better representation from Campbell County.

IT'S ABOUT TIME we focused on effective treatment programs in our jail and in our community, to help people overcome heroin addiction, and to help their families avoid painful tragedy.

I have 40 years of leadership experience in the business and not-for-profit worlds. For the last 11 years, I have been serving as your county commissioner. For 10 years before that, I was a Newport city commissioner. I also believe in giving back to the community, and I have volunteered at over a dozen organizations here in Northern Kentucky, such as Holly Hill, United Way, and the Diocesan Board of Education.

I'm fiscally responsible and I'm a creative problem solver. That's my experience.

I know that working full-time, working hard, and working together with you, we can have a vibrant, growing Campbell County, with business success and job growth, and safe, liveable communities from north to south.

IT'S ABOUT TIME. That's my vision.

For more information about my campaign, please visit my website or my Facebook page. Or you can just call me on my personal cell.

If you agree IT'S ABOUT TIME for effective, full-time leadership from your Campbell County Judge Executive, I then humbly ask you for your vote.
