More new flights out of CVG in October

Allegiant Airlines is one of several airlines to bring new, reduced-fare flight options to CVG this year/Wikipedia
This month, the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) will continue to add even more flights to new destinations around the continental United States.

Consistent with additions earlier this year, the bulk of October's new destinations will be serviced by Allegiant Airlines and Frontier Airlines. Here's the line-up:

- October 9: FLL Fort Lauderdale (Allegiant)
- October 26: DFW Dallas/Ft. Worth (Frontier)
- October 26: LAS Las Vegas (Frontier)
- October 26: MCO Orlando (Frontier)
- October 28: FLL Fort Lauderdale (Frontier)
- October 28: PHX Phoenix (Frontier)

Other destinations will be also be available this month, but with no specific start-date listed:

- October 2014: SFB Orlando Sanford (Allegiant)
- October 2014: PIE Tampa/St. Pete (Allegiant)
- October 2014: PGD Punta Gorda (Allegiant)

Also coming in November from Allegiant is service to AZA Phoenix-Mesa and, in December, service to Las Vegas.

Back in August, the two airlines were steeped in a one-day price war over some of these competitive locations.
