AMBER Alert: Statewide Search Underway for Missing KY Infant

An AMBER alert for a 9-day-old infant, last seen with Desirae Nicole Davidson (pictured), has been issued for the state of Kentucky

UPDATE: The missing infant's name has been released as Neveah Sanders. - 7:07 a.m., 11/2/14

An AMBER Alert has been issued for the entire state of Kentucky, for the abduction of a 9-day-old baby girl. The infant is also presumed to be without medication she needs.

Reports say 16-year-old Desirae Nicole Davidson, the child's mother, took the infant girl from her foster parents home in Williamsburg, Ky.,  sometime after 11 p.m. Friday night.

Reports also say the infant has a medical condition and requires medication, which Davidson did not take with her.

Davidson was last seen driving 2010 four-door silver Buick Enclave, KY license 729MER. Authorities did not indicate where she may be going.

MISSING INFANT'S DESCRIPTION: white baby girl, brown hair, brown eyes, 19 in., 7 lbs.

DAVIDSON'S DESCRIPTION: white woman, bleached blond hair, green eyes, 5 ft. 7 in. tall, 130 lbs. (pictured above)
