Former Miss Kentucky, "Mark vs. Food" Champion Takes Home New Crown

Former Miss Kentucky, Amanda Mertz, has earned herself a new crown/Nascar.com

Last we at FTM met up with Amanda Mertz, former Miss Kentucky, she was delivering FTM editor-in-chief his first "Mark vs. Food" loss by scarfing down a bunch of triple atomic hot wings from Quaker Steak & Lube. For those who don't know, that's stupid spicy.

She took the MvF crown that day, to add to her Miss Kentucky title.

On Friday, it was announced that she'll be taking on yet another.

NASCAR has tapped Mertz, former Miss Kentucky and Miss USA contender, to replace Rachel Rupert as the new Miss Coors Light.

According to reports, Mertz will shadow her predecessor for the first few races before taking full reign in the spring.

We at FTM would like to congratulate the new Miss Coors Light, and give her props once again for taking that MvF crown.

As a throwback, here's Mertz's title-winning match against Mark Collier, now nearly two years ago.
