Call for Volunteers: Friends of Evergreen Cemetery

The Friends of Evergreen Cemetery will hold the first meeting of 2015

Several projects will be discussed, and everyone is welcome.

The meeting will take place on Wednesday, January 28th at 6:30 p.m. at the Fort Thomas Branch of the Campbell County Public Library.

The Friends organization is looking for individuals who are interested in membership and volunteering to preserve and improve the historic cemetery.  If you have skills in gardening, photography, website development and data entry, there are many projects being planned.

If you are interested in birdwatching, tree auditing, nature conservation, historic preservation, and walking tours, this volunteer effort may be just what you’ve been hoping for.

Charitable tax-deductible donations to the Friends organization can be made to help fund these valuable projects.
