Football Team "Spring Cleans" For Local Resident

Tara and Bill Jurgens
The Highlands High School football team will hold their Annual Spring Clean on Sunday, April 26, 2015, from 1-5pm. The Annual "Spring Clean" is an opportunity for members of the football team to help area residents with chores, including yard work, cleaning out a garage, or working around your house or business for a donation to our cause.

For their safety, the school does not allow players to use power equipment or power tools.

This year all proceeds will be donated to Bill Jurgens.  Jurgens is a 1979 graduate of Highlands High School where he was a member of the varsity football team for four years. Bill and his family are lifelong Fort Thomas residents and avid supporters of Highlands.

Bill is currently in the midst of a battle with esophageal cancer. The Highlands football team invites you to participate in our annual “Spring Clean” event where your generous donations will go directly to the Jurgens family.
Jurgens was also the recipient of a benefit concert earlier this month at Highlands High School. The Performing Arts Center was packed full of Fort Thomas residents.

Here's another opportunity to rally behind him.

Who: Highlands High School Football Team and Fort Thomas Residents
Where: Fort Thomas, KY. Please limit job requests to within a five (5) mile radius of Highlands High School as many players do not drive.
