Fort Thomas Named One of Kentucky's "Best Places to Live"

Fort Thomas made another list of the "Best Places To Live in Kentucky," as named by OnlyInYourState.com.

Fort Thomas was the only Northern Kentucky city that was named, which included cities of all different sizes. No specifics metrics were included in the list, other than a cursory explanation of why they may be considered the "best."

"This list of Kentucky towns and cities offers residents big city convenience with the friendliness and charm of a small town. Each has a nice scale when it comes to cost of living as well. Regardless of your income, a home can be found in any of these areas."

Here's what they said about Fort Thomas:

8. Fort Thomas is named after General George H. Thomas. Historically, the town was home to several large Indian battles, with over 600 graves initially discovered. There are still artifacts being discovered today, such as arrow heads and beads.
