The 12th Annual Merchants and Music Festival will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday and run until midnight.

Bret Michaels, will come on the main amphitheater stage around 9:00. Katie Walters, festival consultant and emcee for the event said that there will truly be something for everyone.

"Whatever the reason that you attend on Saturday, you'll find something fun to do. From family activities to food, to shopping or music. This is going to be one of the biggest events in Fort Thomas history. People will look back on this and talk about it for years afterward," she said.

A beer garden has been added and the second music stage has been relocated near the mess hall to alleviate crowd congestion.

The festival was originally established to spotlight Fort Thomas businesses and that theme is carried on to today. Here is a list of merchants who will have a booth set up at the all-day long music festival, starting with the FTM Family member businesses.

  1. This is a great event, one suggestion is that they need to have more than just craft beers, there are a lot of people who appreciate the tried and true Big names. Hopefully these will be available in the Beer Garden, this would also increase revenue as a lot of people don't partake the craft varieties

  2. you obviously didn't attend last year because all they had was craft beer... no should have to drink stout beer all night.

  3. Craft beer all night spells trouble. Hopefully they offer more selection this year! West 6th is heavy!
