Highlands Prom2Dawn - Fort Thomas, Kentucky

By Carrie Baioni, Roxie Davidson, Carla Miller - 2016 Prom2Dawn Chairs

Prom2Dawn is a 24 year old tradition at Highlands High School.  The event is planned and organized by parents of the Junior students.  Prom2Dawn provides our Junior and Senior students with an alcohol and drug free party following the Prom.

The tradition would not be possible without the generosity of the community, parents, and friends.  All profits are used to make this event one that the students will remember for the rest of their lives.  The theme for the 2016 Prom2Dawn is “Bluebird Land…Let it Ride” and will encapsulate the amusement park, coney island atmosphere complete with a midway, caricatures, food and games.

Please visit the Prom2Dawn fundraising website at to stay current on all fundraising events.  The website offers fundraising items, an option to make a donation to Prom2Dawn, an opportunity to volunteer and an option to shop local.

Local Fort Thomas merchants such as Fort Thomas Central, Applaud Promotions, Faded Finds and Monera Chic Boutique have teamed up with Prom2Dawn to offer items with a portion of the proceeds donated to the event.

The Art House is sponsoring an Art Party fundraiser for Prom2Dawn Sunday, December 13th at 1:00 p.m.  Space is limited, so reserve your spot today by contacting

The cost is $50.00 per person.  Please make checks payable to Prom2Dawn.  The Art House is also donating 10% of all sales from Black Friday (11/27) through December 20th to Prom2Dawn.
