A Statement From Tanith Smith

The Smiths. Provided.
Chad Smith's wife, Tanith, reached out to FTM to ask if she could use our platform to share a statement:

To the entire community of Fort Thomas and Cincinnati, friends and family I wanted to reach out to every single person who has called us, sent us cards, donated funds, made us meals, sent us love and prayers. We are beyond words at the incredible outpouring of love and support from each and every one of you.

You have truly lit the way for our family to begin climbing out of the dark. Even though we are still working through huge waves of emotions. I cannot begin to tell you how much I have smiled every time I think of all the good thoughts and prayers being sent our way. The boys are also doing much better, thanks to all of you. The Christmas presents were so so beautiful and made each of their little hearts so very happy. Thank you so much for that.

The meals have warmed our bellies each night and have been a true blessing not to have to worry about that. And the GENEROSITY of all of you out there including all the anonymous hearts, I cannot express enough gratitude in this world to let you know how incredible and blessed we feel to have that comfort cushion while we get our life pieces back together.

Chad would be in tears I am sure to see how many people he has made an impact on. I pray to God each night to Bless each and every one of you. I want you all to know that during this experience I am seeking ways to continue to share these blessing with those who are most in need and to understand and share with those around me that message that love and compassion for all human beings is what we should strive for.

We are forever grateful. - With All our love, Tanith Smith & boys
