Art Exhibit Shows Exceptional Talent at Fort Thomas Coffee

For the third year in a row, Highlands High School students will be exhibiting their artwork at Fort Thomas Coffee, owned by Lori and David Valentine. The Art House Director, Parrish Monk, will be exhibiting artwork by Fort Thomas elementary and middle school students.

The art opening is on Friday, April 15 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. The artwork will be on display through April.

According to Kristine Donnelly, an art teacher at Highlands High School, the exhibit will include paintings, drawings, prints, photography, and mixed media.

Donnelly says, “There are a lot of talented students in every grade in the school system.”

To attend the art opening or to see the exhibit, Fort Thomas Coffee can be found at 118 N. Fort Thomas Ave. and The Art House can be found at 19 N. Fort Thomas.
