C-Forward, an Information Technology (I.T.) Services firm headquartered in Covington, KY is announcing a new Vice President.

Brian Ruschman, C-Forward’s Sales Manager, is being promoted to Vice President.

Brian graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Computer Information Systems in 2000 from Thomas More College and has over 16 years’ experience with computer networking.  10 of those years have been with C-Forward.  Brian has achieved many Microsoft desktop and server certifications including Windows Server and Windows desktop operating systems.

After 5 years at C-Forward, Brian was promoted from a Network Technician role to the Sales Manager position.  His unique pairing of technical knowledge and outgoing personality allows him to connect with clients and explain difficult scenarios in a way that is easy to understand.

Brent Cooper, C-Forward’s President, raves about Brian’s performance and leadership within the organization.  “Brian is an excellent technician.” said Cooper.   “And since Brian began managing the sales department five years ago, C-Forward’s sales have doubled.”

“Brian was also instrumental in setting up the automation of sales, service tickets, invoicing and client services into a combined software package.  The efficiencies created by this software have saved 10% in costs for C-Forward.”

In 2013, Ruschman streamlined a new selling process to better support C-Forward’s growing client base. Becoming a full-service Managed Services Provider, C-Forward was able to create a more productive environment for their clients with far less downtime and, at the same time, was able to bring a proactive approach to network support. This allowed C-Forward’s client-base to accurately budget their IT expenses and simplified billing.

A graduate of Leadership Northern Kentucky, Ruschman is an active member of the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and currently serves as Chamber Ambassador.  He enjoys spending time with his family, supporting various Autism awareness organizations, volunteering at his church, and attending Reds baseball games and concerts.  He lives in Alexandria with his wife Katie and sons Dylan and Parker.
