There are a lot of reasons to celebrate Fort Thomas, but perhaps one of the best has been the revitalization of The Midway Cafe in Fort Thomas.
They are adding Sunday brunch (menu included below) and kicking the festivities off with "Sunday Funday" - an event that starts at 10:00 a.m. in the dining room at 1017 S. Fort Thomas Avenue.
The tables and chair are cleared out and $10 buys you a fitness class and then two cocktails after that class. Live entertainment follows the class.
This could be a new Sunday tradition in Fort Thomas.
Yesterday, Kelley Groneck of Barre3 Fort Thomas was the featured local fitness teacher.
Fort Thomas Matters and Braxton Brewing Co. are the co-sponsors of the event. Choose from the Midway's signature Bloody Mary bar, two Braxton brews or bottomless mimosas. Then stay for brunch to get your day started off right.
