Julie Keller and her daughter, Bella, held the first class at their dance studio at the historic Hiland Building on N. Fort Thomas Avenue on July 25 after a seven-week renovation of the space.
The Hiland Building has undergone a major transformation after an ownership change in July of 2015. There are multiple new tenants, anchored by storefronts Top This Donut Bar and Colonel De Gourmet Spices. The occupancy rate, which was near 27% when owner Dan Gorman took over, is now almost completely rented.
Belladance recently held their first open house on August 1 and 2 and according to owner Julie Keller, it went very well.

"We were so excited to meet so many young dancers at our first open house and welcome them to our Belladance family. We had such an amazing turnout at the first open house that we have actually added more classes to accommodate all families interested in signing up," she said.
Keller said that interested parties who missed the first open house can pre-enroll online here.
The next open house/registration is Monday, August 15 from 6:30-8:30 p.m.
