We attempted to live stream it, but the signal was lost, so we were only able to capture the Fort Thomas City Council election draw.

The ballot position is an underrated part of how election results are formed, particularly in races with a lot of turnover or new names.
Luersen, with the help of his deputy clerk Jen McGrath, uses the method passed down by his predecessor, Jack Snodgrass: an old coffee can and ping pong ball. See how the draw turned out at the video below:
