A search crew, consisting of friends and family came upon the body this morning at 10:30 a.m., in the 7000 block of Mary Ingles Hwy. across from the Beckjord Power Station.

Meadows had a home in Melbourne a half mile from where he was found. According to friends, he went missing on September 20.
Meadows was born and raised in Fort Thomas and graduated from Highlands in 1996.
An autopsy is scheduled for Wednesday morning.
