Living a Healthier, Longer Life is Just Eight Weeks Away

Registration is now open for Take Time for Your Heart, an eight-week comprehensive program by St. Elizabeth Heart & Vascular Institute designed to help identify risk factors and teach participants about making meaningful changes to live better and longer.

Each class is packed with valuable tips from clinical experts including a registered nurse, pharmacist, dietitian and exercise physiologist. At the beginning and end of the eight-week program, participants will receive a cardiac age health risk assessment, which calculates cardiac age based on personal health factors. Participants also receive their own copy of Mayo Clinic Healthy Heart for Life.
