Highlands Boys Soccer Player To Sign Letter of Intent

Highlands High School boys soccer player Colton Dolezal will sign a letter of intent to play soccer at Thomas More College.  The signing will be held at 3pm on Thursday, March 2, 2017, in the Media Center at Highlands High School

Colton is a three-year starter who finished his high school career with 18 goals, 19 assists and a combined three-year record of 36-23-10. Within the Highlands program, Colton was the 2013 JV Offensive Player of the Year, 2014 Varsity Offensive Player of the Year, 2015 Varsity Devotion Award Recipient and 2016 Varsity Most Valuable Player. Further, Colton was recognized in Northern Kentucky by being selected to the 2016 1st Team All-Region and 2016 Region 9 All-Tournament Team.  Additionally, Colton was recognized by KHSSCA, receiving the honor of 2016 1st Team All-State.

“Colton is an amazing athlete and a superior student demonstrating the true student athlete concept. The entire Highlands soccer community is excited to see him continue his soccer career at Thomas More College,” said Matthew Winkler, former Highlands High School boys soccer head coach.

“Colton is a talented player proven from his lengthy resume of awards and accomplishments. Colton is recognized as a top soccer player in Kentucky and we look forward to watching him continue his career at Thomas More College promoting his talents on the pitch.”
