Owner Bob Conway told The Business Courier the idea for Packhouse grew out of a group of friends just sitting around and asking one another, "Wouldn't it be cool?"
In June of 2016, the company went mobile with a new food truck. That concept will carry on.

The announcement on the company's Facebook page also said that a new concept, "Lucy's on Monmouth" would carry forth in that location, but no other details were immediately available.

Packhouse has left the building. Saturday we closed our doors for the final time to make way for "Lucy's on Monmouth". We will continue our food truck operations and will continue looking for new locations and investors. Thanks for your support over the past three plus years.
