In conjunction with Hurtt's hiring, OMEGA is refining its sales strategy and structure with new key initiatives. The company is establishing a hub of Midwest satellite offices, which will allow it to gain sales footholds and community presence outside of Greater Cincinnati. In addition, OMEGA is developing an in-house Sales Retention department to strengthen ties with existing customers. That group will be based in the company's Northern Kentucky headquarters. Finally, the company is defining and implementing a comprehensive Point-of-Sale system strategy, as these systems are becoming increasingly popular in the marketplace.
Prior to beginning his career with OMEGA, Hurtt served in a sales management role with Stanley Steamer in several major markets across the United States. He is a graduate of Wittenberg University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management.
