WATCH: Northern Kentucky Resident's Response To Ashley Judd Goes Viral

Villa Hills resident and Bellevue native, Bobby Ferguson's Facebook Live response to Ashley Judd has gone viral.

Judd, who has never been one to hold her tongue, took to Facebook to detail an incident at an airport that demonstrated "everyday sexism" that women endure.

"I was coming through security and a guy said, ‘Hey sweetheart,’ and I said, ‘I’m not your sweetheart, I am your client,'" revealed the star.

Judd's retort to the employee was about "setting a boundary." But apparently the man didn't take the hint.

"When I was setting my things out, he said, ‘Hey nice dress!’” Judd continued, explaining, “I didn’t hear him say anything about the attire of any of the other folks in the entire line and I am in one of the most traveled airports in the world."

  1. Even if you disagree with her, the spewed hatred she has received on her instagram & elsewhere makes me more ashamed than anything she said or did. At least she did it respectfully, even with, in her opinion, the man wasn't being very respectful to her. One of,(not all), but one is the fact that some (again, not all) think women should be grateful to get/have their attn & be told something nice. (Like their opinion of them, somehow matters). Unfortunately or fortunately, when you are raised to love yourself, you don't need or look or want or desire strangers to yell out names, no matter how harmless they may be or the intention behind them. Everyone missed her point & intention, which was to simply point out the minor example of sexism in our culture that is largely overlooked as something women should lap up & be grateful for it. Why?? Why does any person have to tolerate you telling me something I don't want to hear, even if you think it's fine?? The fact is, you don't & neither does she. She has a human right to say I don't like what you're doing, I understand it might be how you were raised, culture, wtvr, but personally it makes me uncomfortable. Remember many criminals start out w/the pleasantries & compliments too, to get your gaurd down. We live in a scary world & it's always best to be on gaurd. Regardless, she expressed her view & if you don't agree, fine. The hate on her pages however is not fine & is probably the same pple who will pray to their loving God tonight to bless them & their children. A little more understanding to see the other person's point, would go a helluva long way in this world. We are all so quick to judge & rant & rave. Ashley included.

    1. What's good for the goose is good for the gander. The typical hypocrisy of the left. So it was ok for her to express herself but it's not ok for others to do the same, regardless of the tone of the message. Maybe you forgot how she expressed herself towards our president at a certain march. And I'm sure she went home that night and prayed to her loving God to bless her. More understanding on her part would've gone a helluva long way. The difference here is that she got up on her high moral pedestal and shouted her venom to the world.

    2. "many criminals start out w/the pleasantries & compliments too:.....HUH ? We are becoming a society that is INtolerant of so much stuff now that it's difficult to know what someone will find offensive ! I know most criminals do not start out with pleasantries & compliments and if the act of someone giving a compliment offends you, maybe it's time to toughen up. We come across a lot of unpleasantries in life, from school, college, workplace. From her self-professed "I am a Nasty woman" dialogue, would she have felt better had he said...Hey, Nasty ! How are ya today ? You judged by saying...."the same people who hate on her pages is probably the same who pray to their loving God tonight to bless them & their children" Really ???
