Cunningham, from Cincinnati, was arrested in 2016 and charged with two counts of aggravated robbery, according to the Hamilton County Clerk of Courts website, after police say he robbed Eli's BBQ at in the East End, and a a Shell gas station in the same month.

Police reports state that Cunningham brandished a gun and demanded money in both of those incidents.
Today, officers were called to E-Z Cash Pawn in the 800 block of Monmouth Street on Wednesday afternoon.
Two suspects tried to rob the business, when an employee shot one of the suspects in the arm, according to police.
Police followed the vehicle before the two suspects crashed into a fence in the East End of Newport.
One suspect who has not yet been identified, was wearing a wig and taken into custody. He was not armed.
The other suspect, who was shot in the arm, attempted to get into a home on Maple. A money and gun were recovered from a roof nearby.
Police were able to locate the suspect by following blood spatters. He was taken into custody in a garbage can in the back of a home.
