Police Identify Victims In Fatal Crash on Alexandria Pike in Alexandria



Police have identified two people who died after a crash on Alexandria Pike on Monday.

The victims are Diana Hendricks, 56, and Daniel Hendricks, 27, of Butler, Kentucky. They were mother and son.

The crash, which closed down Alexandria Pike, occurred on Alexandria Pike at the intersection of Kenton Station Road around 4:40 p.m. Monday.


A preliminary investigation revealed that the small passenger car occupied the Hendricks was turning from Kenton Station on to Alexandria Pike northbound. Police say they pulled in front of a U-Haul truck traveling southbound on the Alexandria Pike.

The operator of the U-Haul truck was unable to stop before striking the passenger car. Both of the occupants of the passenger car were determined to be deceased on the scene.

Investigation continues by the Campbell County Major Accident Reconstruction Team.
