MINT Yoga Studio Hosting Jared Lorenzen as Part of Community Fitness and Nutritional Events

Come as you are, everyone is welcome at MINT Yoga.

Tiffany Brennan, founder of MINT Yoga, started with the desire to make yoga accessible to everyone. A broad spectrum of classes and a variety of instructors with diverse backgrounds ensure that each class has a distinct dynamic.

 “Our goal is to provide you with an experience that will energize the body, refresh the mind and inspire the spirit – in a unique and beautiful space”.

Brennan believes there are many ways to practice yoga, therefore no particular view or style predominates at MINT Yoga. You’ll find a wide variety of classes from gentle beginner yoga to vinyasa power yoga to yoga for children.

Each class is designed to bring out the best in students, to challenge but not judge and to restore confidence in the body. Everyone is sure to find something that meets their health and spiritual goals.

Located at 18 North Fort Thomas Ave, Suite 301 in the Hiland building, MINT Yoga is a bright, welcoming studio where students of all ages and abilities will find a practice that works for them.
