Transformation Challenge Winners & Going All Out for "I Do"
Orange Theory Fitness (OTF) is a small, personal training workout studio that offers a unique exercise experience. Men's Journal has called the OTF experience, "the best one hour workout in the country". OTF workouts are customized, high-energy, heart-rate based led by enthusiastic personal trainer coaches. Committing to the gym is often the most difficult hurdle of any fitness routine. Orangetheory always has a motivating and interesting challenge for members. Challenges build camaraderie, a relaxed competitive spirit and provides common ground among participants.
The Marathon Challenge is currently ongoing and lasts through April. OTF members are challenged to run/walk/bike/stride different distances depending on their fitness level. They have three different goals; a half marathon (13.1 miles), a full marathon (26.2 miles), or an ultra marathon (31.1 miles). Members track their distance on the treadmill, bike or strider and add up totals each week. By the end of the month, the goal is to reach the total distance of the race in which they are participating.
