Highlands High School Names Varsity Cheerleading Coach


The Highlands High School Varsity Cheerleading Selection Committee comprised of Jaime Richey, Amy Leigh, Dianna Rafferty Coley, Jeff Laber, Jeff Schneider and Matt Haskamp has named Miki Beier as the varsity cheerleading coach.

Athletic Director Matt Haskamp states, “Miki is prepared and ready to continue the tradition of excellence for Highlands’ cheer.  Her experience suits her well for this challenge and our committee was impressed with her commitment to make an excellent program even better.”

“Miki is an energetic, passionate and organized leader.  She is an expert in the techniques and skills that will continue to take our Highlands’ cheerleaders to the highest level.  I look forward to watching her keep the Highlands’ traditions alive all while leading our athletes to new heights,” said Dianna Rafferty Coley HHS (’07) and University of Tennessee (’11) cheerleader.
