With the trees cleared and construction set to begin this Fall, Ashley Builders Group and Huff Realty are excited to announce that they will be breaking ground on custom townhomes in front of the Highland Country Club. Each customized townhome will feature a large open ranch-style floor plan with a finished basement, 2-car garage and plenty of space to entertain.
These Townhomes will complement the single-family homes that Huff and Ashley are already building and marketing on the adjacent land. That project is known as “ THE PINNACLE at Highland Country Club”.
The original development called for this newly cleared ground to have single family homes on it, but due to the increasing demand for these ranch-style townhomes the plans were adjusted. In 2012, Ashley took over a Townhome development with approximately 55 units called “The Fort Thomas Overlook” which features similar townhomes. These homes are located off of Blossom Lane behind the golf course.
The success of The Overlook led Ashley and Huff to bring these Townhomes to the front of the Highland Country Club.
The location of these Townhomes should appeal to many different needs and wants that buyers have. Certainly, the appeal of a golf course a few steps outside their front door, the walkability to the Midway District/Tower Park, those seeking to be within the Fort Thomas School District, and the close proximity to Downtown Cincinnati and Cincinnati airport are just a few of the benefits.
“We have had a blast working on these projects in and around the Highland Country Club,” said Jason Yeager of Ashley Builders Group. “We have worked closely with the club management and the board to implement a cohesive plan beneficial to both the members and our residents. We could not have pulled such an exciting project together without their collaboration.”

Huff Realty is excited to have this type of in-demand product on the market.
“There has been a great demand for ranch plans and end units,” said Bob Abner of Huff Realty. “This project only has 9 units and 8 of them are end units, which means neighbors on only one side.”
For this project, Huff Realty will handle all the Marketing, Open House Events, Reservations and Sales while Ashley Builders Group will handle all the development, construction, landscaping and customization.
