The agenda for the Public Hearing on Wednesday, October 17 at the Mess Hall to review the Community Plan and receive public comment is as follows:

-        Doors open at 6:00 pm for an open house and review of the Community Plan

-        At 6:30, a 30-minute presentation will begin reporting on key points of the plan.  It will highlight Land Use and Zoning, Transportation and Connectivity, Parks and Open Space, Utilities and City Owned Facilities, Regional Partnerships and lastly, Funding and Implementation.

-        Once the presentation is complete, there will be an approximate 30 minute period where the attendees can breakout and talk with the City and design team.  We will be spread around the room similar to the other open houses.  This will allow attendees to check out individual chapters of the plan, review the entire plan or ask questions one on one.

-        At approximately 7:30, the Planning Commission will formally open up their Public Hearing to receive comments on the Community Plan.  This will be the opportunity for the public to make a comment that is recorded in front of the Planning Commission.  The Mess Hall will be setup with the Planning Commission in front of the audience, along with a microphone for people to speak into.
