Fort Thomas Pub Crawl Goal: Get Local NKY Kids Toys for Christmas | Friday, November 23

On the heels of another successful golf outing, the folks behind the Luke Muller Golf Outing are partnering with some local northern Kentucky businesses to bring attention to children in northern Kentucky who need it most.

Fort Thomas residents, Tim Price, said he was shocked to find out that there are children right here in our communities that will not get anything for Christmas and may not even have proper attire to wear to school.

"It was brought to my attention that there our children right here in northern Kentucky that won't have toys for Christmas or even clothes to wear to school without wearing the same thing everyday," he said.

"Following our belief that no one fights alone and the giving season at hand we are starting the first LMGO Toy Drive in the Midway District of Fort Thomas," said Price.

The event, a "Toy Crawl", kicks off at Midway Cafe at 4:00 on Friday, November 23. Fort Thomas resident, Brendan Kehoe, will be playing live music. Bring a toy, clothing or monetary donation and you'll be entered to win very nice raffle prizes.

The crawl continues at Grassroots & Vine, Fort Thomas Ice Cream, the Olde Fort Pub and Fort Thomas Pizza & Tavern. Toys or monetary donations can be dropped off at any of these locations and $1 from every Braxton Beer will be donated to the drive's cause.

Window World and Figure Weight Loss are also event sponsors.

Make sure to circle Friday, November 23, for a fun way to make Christmas for children in need.
