Highlands High School Recognizes Artists by Holding Annual College Arts Signing Day


Thirty-three students from Highlands High School’s arts departments will announce their intentions to further their arts studies in the fall at the colleges and universities of their choosing. The announcements will take place at 3:15pm on Thursday, May 9, 2019, in the Media Center at Highlands High School.

In the Art Department, the following students will announce their intentions for pursuing Art:
Emma Banks – University of Cincinnati – Architecture
Ansley Grimm – University of Cincinnati – Fine Arts
Caleb Parks – Columbia College – Photography
Donovan Staab – University of Cincinnati – Architecture
Draven Winters – Art Academy of Cincinnati – Animation

Voted best Yoga Studio in Kentucky by Best Things Kentucky. 
In the Communications Department, the following students will announce their intentions for pursuing Broadcasting, Electronic Media and Film:

Nick Cooley – Northern Kentucky University – Electronic Media & Broadcasting
