Justin Andrew Cahill, 32, of Fort Thomas, Geoffrey William Eugene Routzon, 33, of Newport, and Kristina Marie Vickers, 39, of Fort Thomas were all charged with the following: Possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, (Methamphetamine), Class D Felony, and Drug Paraphernalia-Buy/Possess.

Upon executing the warrant, police found narcotics in the apartment.
Lt. Brent Moening of Fort Thomas Police, said that there are additional investigations being conducted.
Cahill has an extensive arrest record dating back to 2005. Police say that they do not believe he's lived in the area long.

Cahill and Routzon are being held on a $1500 and $3500 cash bond in the Campbell County Detention Center. Vickers was issued a citation to appear in Campbell District Court.
