Johnson student Bentley with his card design. His work is featured on the 2019 holiday card from the Fort Thomas Independent Schools District. |

Congratulations go to Johnson Elementary third-grader Bentley Hoffman for designing this year's holiday greeting card for the Fort Thomas Independent School District.
Hoffman's card features a beautifully decorated holiday house. It was chosen from among several entries by Fort Thomas students in all grade levels who were invited to contribute a potential card design.
"I got this idea from my art teacher, and I made an advanced version of what she taught us in class," said Hoffman. "I added a bunch of my own little details around it to make it better than just a plain old house... I added a reindeer, a skateboard..."
The board presented Hoffman with a small check for his work and some copies of his card. The card will be mailed to all of the District's contacts with a message for best wishes in the holiday season.
