Cold Spring could see a new IHOP restaurant on Crossroads Blvd. within the first half 2020. FTM file |

If things go as planned, Cold Spring will see a new IHOP (International House of Pancakes) and a new Pearle Vision Center location in the community in 2020.
The Cold Spring City Planning and Zoning Commission has approved the stage plan, which outlines a conversion of a former bank on Crossroads Boulevard near O’Charley’s Restaurant.
IHOP is a wholly franchise-owned operation. The new location, along with other locations in Northern Kentucky and across the country, are owned by the Nazarian Enterprise Group, a multi-brand restaurant operator headquartered in Texas.
Within the next few months, a new Pearle Vision Center is set to go into the building at 4318 Alexandria Pike next to Panera Bread. Pearle Vision is also a franchise.
