Highlands Athletes to Sign Letters of Intent on March 11

Highlands High School will host a Winter Athletic Signing Event for the following athletes to sign letters of intent to continue their academic and athletic careers.

The signing will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 11, in the Performing Arts Center at Highlands High School.

Ethan Kavanagh (baseball) attending University of Kentucky, KY
David Herfel (cheer) attending Purdue University, IN
Hunter Ahlfeld (football) attending Morehead State University, KY
Brycen Huddleston (football) attending Eastern Michigan University, MI
Porter Hedenberg (soccer) attending University of Evansville, IN
Katelynn Helminiak (soccer) attending Heidelberg University, OH
Natalie Ossege (soccer) attending University of the Cumberlands, KY
Casey Dunn (volleyball) attending Hanover College, IN

“We are proud to recognize and honor this special group of student-athletes as they make their choice to move on to the next level of their academic and athletic careers,” said Kevin Nieporte, Highlands High School athletic director.

The event is open to the public.
