Caswell, a Fort Thomas resident, leaves his post as the assistant vice president for government, corporate and foundation engagement at Northern Kentucky University, where he led efforts to develop partnerships and strategic relationships with businesses and government officials to advance the mission of NKU.
Before joining NKU he served as vice president of public affairs and communications for the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, president of the Campbell County Economic Progress Authority and as a senior aide to the chief of staff for Kentucky Gov. Steve Beshear.
Caswell is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University, Leadership Northern Kentucky and Leadership Kentucky.
He lives in Fort Thomas with his wife, Rachel, and three children.
