Local Chef Offers At-Home Fine Dining Experiences Starting in June

As Local Stay-at-Home Orders Are Lifted, Renowned Private Chef Resumes Service for Limited Summer Bookings

EDGEWOOD, KY (May 20, 2020)— Cincinnati’s premier in-home dining entertainment service, The At Home Chef, announces plans to resume accepting bookings for small dinner parties starting in late June.

Owner Chef Ken Durbin made the decision to stop services in March following recommendations from the CDC and Governers Beshear and DeWine. Headquartered in Northern Kentucky, The At Home Chef offers freshly-prepared gourmet meals in private homes throughout greater Cincinnati. “We closed so we could properly align ourselves with the region’s health orders in regards to social distancing and group size,” Durbin said.

“Reopening during this challenging and ever-evolving crisis isn’t perfect, which is why we will be waiting until June 21st to reopen for business,” Durbin explained. “When we do, we will only be able to service parties of four or less for the time being. This will allow us to ensure the highest level of safety for our clients, our staff, and most importantly, the communities that we serve.”

Before closing for COVID-19, Chef Durbin and his team enjoyed a loyal following and an impressive clientele base. The At Home Chef creates in-home dinner experiences for small groups of friends, family, or colleagues. While normally accommodating parties of up to 20 people, dinner party booking will be limited to 4 people maximum. All dinners start at $125.00/person.
