Pinnacle Drive is adjacent to the Highland Country Club, where nearby golfers heard four loud booms and Kenton County Regional SWAT team instructing the inhabitants of the home over an amplified loud speaker to exit the premises.
The scene was cleared an hour later. No one was hurt. Fort Thomas Police and Southgate police secured the perimeter of the scene.
Sources tell Fort Thomas Matters that the inhabitants of the home were currently renting. The home is valued by the Campbell County PVA at close to $600,000.
The names of the individuals detained and charges are not yet known.
