Starbucks filed a stage one/stage two development plan for the area between Heritage Bank and Arts Tool Rental on US 27. A tentative public hearing is scheduled for that plan in June.
Buffalo Wings and Rings has put a contract in on the property across from Panera at 4318 Alexandria Pike, currently behind a chiropractor's office. That property, according to officials, will be a two stage process. Buffalo Wings and Rings will need a zone change on part of the property, which could be on the docket for the June Cold Spring Planning & Zoning meeting. Then, if the schedule holds, the wing restaurant will be presenting a stage one/stage two development plan at the July meeting.
