Justin Otto named Economic and Community Development Director for Campbell County

The Campbell County Fiscal Court has hired a native with local business development experience as Economic and Community Development Director for the county.

Justin Otto, most recently serving as the General Manager of Newport on the Levee has been hired to fill the position of Will Weber, who took over as President for Southbank Partners. 

The Campbell County Economic Development Office is the main point of contact for Economic Development and for all County level incentives. The office offers a variety of resources to our business community to encourage economic growth through new and expanding businesses, job growth, and capital investment within the County.

Otto said that he's grateful to North American Properties, owner of the newly renovated Newport on the Levee for giving him the opportunity to serve as the General Manager of Newport on the Levee.

"I’m thrilled to continue to serve our community as the Economic and Community Development Director for Campbell County.
