Now that construction and development of new spaces within Newport on the Levee has been completed, the owners at North American Properties (NAP) have turned their attention to refining the Levee experience.

A part of this refinement is a new concierge program, called Club Newport on the Levee, designed to add extra touches to enhance the whole experience for guests.

"Newport on the Levee is more than just somewhere you go to shop and dine – it’s a meeting place for connecting, experiencing and staying awhile. It’s centered around the overall guest experience, and that’s something we continue to build upon," said Tim Perry, managing partner at NAP.

"Our investments in tech serve to bring guests convenience, ease and efficiency while our Concierge program infuses hospitality into every inch of the property with resort-inspired services. Whether you’re looking for a place to watch the big game or wanting to chat with our one-of-a-kind concierge manager about all the Levee has to offer, we’re here to make your experience memorable."

The addition of Concierge Manager Dalton McCane is a vital part of the new program. From wayfinding to help with the property’s 100-plus events to treats for canine companions, McCane’s aim is to make people’s Levee experiences both remarkable and memorable.

Concierge Manager Dalton McCane is there to help Levee visitors young and old, two-legged and four-legged.

"I’ve worked in several different sectors of the hospitality industry and it all led me to the same conclusion – I want to contribute to people’s positive experiences," said McCane. "I grew up coming to Newport on the Levee, and it’s amazing to see the revitalization resemble being at a five-star resort, bringing the community together through exceptional retail and restaurant concepts, robust events programming and elevated on-property experiences. If you’ve got a question, special request or a pup in need of a dog treat, don’t hesitate to stop by the Concierge desk – I’m here to help."

In addition to adding the personal touch to support visitors to the Levee, the company has enhanced technology across the site. In addition to the large LED screens, one outside near the Bridgeview Box Park and one inside the main Gallery Building, they’ve added interactive kiosks with custom wayfinding and touch capabilities. They’ve also reworked the A/V system and speakers and have added enhanced lighting features throughout the property.

You can catch the Reds game from a spot on the big outdoor LED screen above Sweet Dreams on the Levee.

McCane invites everyone down to the Levee to check out the improvements or to just stop by and learn about the upcoming events and to join in the full Levee experience.

Newport on the Levee visitors can beat the heat or stay warm and watch their favorite game on an LED screen inside the Gallery Building.

Enhanced technology and the addition of a concierge program are among the latest refinements to the Newport on the Levee experience.
