Divisions Maintenance Group (300 Dave Cowens Dr, Newport) is looking to hire about 150 employees before the end of the year, including about 100 high-paying positions.

Divisions Maintenance Group, said they are looking at hiring new engineers and information technology specialists, a dozen or so data analysts, and another 40 to 50 employees for its sales team.
The new jobs will range from entry level to seasoned professionals, with annual salaries starting around $40,000 and going up to more than $150,000, including bonuses and benefits. Officials with DMG said depending on experience and including all compensation, more than 100 of the positions are expected to be high-paying, with total compensation in the six-figure range.
According to the Cincinnati Business Courier, "the hiring spree comes on the heels of impressive growth for DMG. Last year, DMG’s revenue surpassed $433 million. That’s up 39% from 2019, when revenue for the fiscal year hit $312.7 million. DMG has a goal to become a billion-dollar company in the next three years.

DMG was founded in 1999 by President and CEO Gary Mitchell. In August 2020, the Newport-based company received an investment from Roark Capital, an Atlanta-based private equity firm, to help accelerate DMG’s growth.
