Northern Kentucky Prosecutor Running for Kenton County Circuit Court Judge

Prosecutor Jason Hiltz is running to fill a seat on the 16th Judicial Circuit Court open through the retirement of Judge Gregory Bartlett.

Jason Hiltz, a longtime Northern Kentucky prosecutor serving as first assistant commonwealth attorney in the 54th Judicial Court, is running for Kenton County Circuit Court Judge, a position vacated by the retirement of Judge Gregory Bartlett.

Joining Hiltz on the ballot is Mary K. Malloy, who was a 2014 candidate for the Kenton Court of the 16th Judicial Circuit, which presides over Kenton County in Kentucky. Hiltz was also a candidate in that race.

Hiltz has served as a prosecutor in the region since 2001 including assistant commonwealth attorney in the 15th Judicial Circuit (Carroll, Grant and Owen counties), an assistant county attorney in Kenton County and now in the 54th Judicial Circuit that includes Boone and Gallatin counties.
